Important Service Update Announcement

Southland Federal Credit Union (SFCU) board of directors, management and staff want to let you know we are here to help. We are OPEN for business, but have limited our access to drive-thru, with exceptions to lobby entry*. At SFCU, we have been working diligently in taking appropriate precautions to ensure that we can continue to provide services to our members. All the while prioritizing the health and safety of our employees and mitigating interruptions to the financial services that you depend upon. A summary of the actions, among others, that we have taken include:

• Disinfecting and wiping down points of contact, such as, drive-thru canisters, door entry handles, computer key boards, light switches, phones, calculators, etc. on a regular basis;

• Staff washing their hands and using disinfecting hand sanitizer on a regular basis;

• Requiring staff to stay home if running a fever or sick;

• *Limiting our lobby access to appointment only, for service such as, notary services, auto title work, completion of new account documents, etc. that required in-person meeting;

• While the lobby is closed our staff has been disinfecting, lobby chairs, lobby phone, tables, walls, etc. In addition, staff has worked to clean and disinfecting of offices, breakroom, bathrooms, etc.;

• Our drive-thru services continue with normal operation hours of service and;

• We are allowing “shared branching” services (normally reserved for lobby only) at our drive-thru via lane one.
