Need help using our online banking services when the credit union office is closed? Just click on the LIVE CHAT link found on our website to chat with one of our knowledgeable representatives.

The LIVE CHAT service is active 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday – Friday, and Saturday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. The LIVE CHAT service is handled by knowledgeable representatives servicing as extensions of our staff in our off-site chat center.

You can turn off your debit card, set spending limits and much more, all with the simple swipe on your device. The change is immediate. Between balancing work, your family, and errands, we understand that you don’t always have time to make it out to our credit union office. With our online banking and bill pay, you can bank on your time, anytime you need to check your balance, transfer funds, set up a one-time or recurring bill payments anywhere there’s internet. You can also do P2P transactions. Plus, sign up for e-Alerts to receive customized emails or texts when account balances get to a certain level, ACH items are posted, loan payments are coming due or when an e-notice is generated. Be sure to enroll in e-statements for peace of mind access to your SFCU statements. In addition, through our It’s me 247 online banking services you can use your mobile device to receive text messages for checking your SFCU account balance(s). Once you are set up just text BAL to 46247 and the system will send you a snap shot of your current balance(s) in your SFCU account. We encourage you to take advantage of our online banking services, just another free service we offer our members.

 

My Virtual StrongBox



My Virtual StrongBox is a secure site our members are able to store important personal documents, such as, wills, legal documents, vehicle titles, family photos and more. It is part of our free It’s Me 247 online banking service. Just click on the “my documents” link once you log into the It’s Me 247 online banking service. You will find more information about the My Virtual StrongBox service.

 

CU*Talk – our ARU (Audio Response Unit)

Don’t have a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or home computer? No problem, we have you covered. When you need to check your balances you can use our free ARU services. CU*Talk is our audio response phone banking service and is available 24/7 to provide basic account information such as account balances, cleared items, and deposits.
