FUNDS AVAILABILTY POLICY
(Change in Terms Notice)

Effective: February 23, 2010 we are reducing the time periods for which we put holds on items deposited to your checking account.

Our general policy is to allow you to withdraw funds deposited in your account on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Funds from electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit.

In some cases, we may delay your ability to withdraw funds beyond the first business day. Generally, the funds would then be made available by the 2nd business day after the day of deposit. (Previously, this was the fifth day.)

Other longer delays may be imposed under the “exception hold” rule or “new account” rule. Generally, the funds would then be made available by the 7th business day after the day of deposit. (Previously, this was the eleventh day.)

If we do decide to delay funds availability, we will notify you at the time you make your deposit.

Note: The funds availability policy also known as regulation CC only applies to checking accounts.
